どんど焼きとは、いつやるの⁈

どんど焼きとは、北海道から沖縄まで全国的に行われる神社やお寺の火祭のことを指しています。毎年1月中旬頃（1月15日が多い）に行われます。 主に“門松”、“しめ縄”、“破魔矢”などの「正月飾り」や「書き初め」を焼くのが趣旨のようです。

Dondoyaki refers to fire festivals held nationwide from Hokkaido to Okinawa and is held around mid-January (mostly on January 15th). “The main purpose is to bake “”New Year’s decorations”” such as “”Kadomatsu,”” “”Shimenawa,”” and “”Hamamaya”” and “”Kakushime””.”
